The iPhone 7 has only just been revealed but that's already old news. People have started to move on and start thinking about the future.

This is because, less than 48 hours after the iPhone 7 specs were revealed, people are already speculating about the iPhone 8. People are expecting the iPhone 8 to be something a bit special, as next year is the tenth anniversary of the iPhone.

It's very early days, because they've only just released the iPhone 7, but the Digitimes wrote that that the iPhone 8 might have iris-recognition (Samsung already has it) in the new model.

The old rumour about Apple choosing to remove the Home button is also back. It was originally claimed that for the iPhone 7 Apple would ditch the button in favour of a 'touch-sensitive digital' button.

There are also early reports on the release date. Apple usually chooses the first two weeks of September for its launches so we can probably assume the same will apply next year. However, the original iPhone was released in June, so could they be planning to do that to celebrate ten years of shit battery life iPhones?

Wireless charging is something a lot of people were expecting/wanting in the iPhone 7, but unfortunately it looks like Apple-fans will have to wait a little bit longer. Bloomberg reported back in January that Apple was working on cutting edge technology to provide better wireless technology. Although wireless charging is available on some Android phones, it's not as quick as wired charging.

There's also a rumour going around about an all-glass version of the iPhone. According to the Mirror, a security analyst has claimed that Apple will be completely redesigning the iPhone for 2017. This will include a rolled-edge screen, as seen on the Samsung Edge.

Imagine the horror of dropping your all-glass phone. It doesn't bear thinking about.

Although we're told to take these leaks with a healthy dose of scepticism, I think the ones that came out about the iPhone 7 all turned out to be pretty accurate.
