There's places that it's acceptable to hit on someone. A club, sure. Tinder, go on then. But national television? I don't know mate, that takes some confidence.

Although apparently being in full public eye isn't stopping Olympic gold medallist from Beijing Rebecca Adlington and former World Champion Mark Foster from some flirty McFlirtersons.

The two of them already caused a storm on Twitter earlier in the week, with viewers claiming they couldn't keep their eyes off each other. And in one instance on Sunday it looked as if Adlington was stroking Foster's thigh under the table. Some have claimed she was trying to get him to pay attention.

Last night it got even more heated when the 27-year-old ex-athlete put her hand on her co-host's thigh during last night's BBC coverage of Rio 2016, after he teased her about 'only winning a bronze' at the London Olympics. Foster, lad of the moment, joked: "Hey, you're holding my leg again!" followed by raucous laughter.

I reckon they should just get a room, or seeing as though they're both swimmers, maybe they'd be more comfortable getting a pool?

In other news, some viewers took to Twitter to vent their utter indignation last night after mishearing Adlington telling Foster to 'fuck off' after the 'bronze medal' joke. Although they must be half-deaf or something because it's pretty obvious she said 'back off'.

Personally I don't give a fuck about people using the f-word. Not that it matters, she didn't use it anyway.

I'm just waiting for #LegStrokePartThree
