A vile Facebook page set up by a gang of Australian men encourages rape culture and violence against women and has, worryingly, attracted over 230,000 followers.

The page, which we won't name because it's fucking disgusting, was launched in May and within nine days had 23,000 followers, the Courier Mail reported. The disgusting page is full of posts which make light of violence against women, revenge porn and sexual assault.

The page is run by a bunch of men in Brisbane, Australia, and is members only. The posts have been condemned by domestic violence support service The Red Heart Campaign, which encouraged its followers to share and shame the page online as well as posting some of the disgusting messages that have been shared on the page, the Daily Mail reports.

Most of the sickening posts aren't even worth printing, but to give you an idea of the kind of stuff on there, one poster talks about having sex with his girlfriend's cousin and two of her mates because his girlfriend had 'used' him. A second poster follows that with: "Started hate fucking her at a party and let a couple of my brothers and mates gangbang her. She cried. I won."

Other members of the group posted photographs and phones numbers of women and asked people to send them gross pictures.

Some of the men involved in the group have taken to social media in an attempt to defend the group, describing it as 'blokes just here for a laugh'. However, since sharing the posts publicly, people have been quick to speak out against them, describing them as 'extremely scary' and 'filth'. I couldn't agree more.
