Remember the 'gingers have souls' YouTube videos from a few years back?
If you're lucky enough to have been blessed with the ginger gene, then you will definitely have been shown the videos and probably even compared to the star once or twice. But that's enough about me...here it is, in case you'd missed it.

Starting as a response to Cartman from Southpark's claim that red heads don't have souls, the videos saw YouTuber CopperCab getting more and more angry at the shoddy treatment of red heads. This brought a lot of online bullying, which in turn led to more brilliant videos from CopperCab, who had the real name Micael Kittrell.
Well, now the star of the videos has announced she is living her life as a woman after undergoing HRT. She told the world via her Twitter account on Sunday: "I am so sick and fucking tired of hiding behind characters, I stopped enjoying YouTube years ago, I just want to be myself. #transpride"
She also said she might go back to making YouTube videos again.
Of course, whenever something like this happens there's always a bunch of morons who pop up because they can't get their heads around the simple concept of 'live and let live'. Claire has already complained of trolls online and has been called some pretty gross things by people who have far too much time on their hands.
From one ginger to another, I say, fair play to you.
