Anyone who knows anything about Bill Murray will know the man does what the hell he wants, and that includes bartending at his son's bar, which he will be doing this very weekend.
This all means that if you prefer your drinking holes small and quiet and unbusy then you sure won't want to make a trip to Brooklyn this weekend. Believe me when I say this, 21 Greenpoint, the brand new bar in Brooklyn is going to be packed.
21 Greenpoint is co-owned by Bill's son, Homer Murray, which is why he's helping out. He will be serving on both the 16 and 17 September, taking over at 7 pm and pouring shots as long as he wants.
This isn't the first time that Murray has shown an interest in mixology. In 2010 he tended bar at SXSW.

So I'm sure to big fans of the star of Lost in Translation, Stripes, and pretty much every Wes Anderson movie, this recent turn of bartending events will come as little surprise.
