Someone has created a You drinking game, and it sounds brutal.
While the creepy Netflix series is more than enough to keep you entertained throughout, this boozy challenge just adds a level of danger it so obviously needs.
For those of you who aren't as au fait with You as the rest of us, the first season follows the story of Joe Goldberg (Penn Badgley), a bookstore manager in New York, who after meeting customer Guinevere Beck (Elizabeth Lail), an aspiring writer, becomes infatuated with her - to a dangerous degree

He feeds his toxic obsession using social media and other technology to track her presence and remove obstacles to their romance.
Basically, it's pretty grim. And, given the rules, I can't work out whether it's better to have already seen the show or not before you play.
The rules for the game, which were posted on party game website The Chuggernauts, are as follows. Players take a sip of their drinks when:
- Anyone says the title of the show You
- Someone sends or receives a text
- We see Joe peering through a window
- A character posts a social media update
- There's a sex scene (drink twice if Joe is watching it)
- Peach brags about something
You also take a huge gulp when:
- Joe is caught doing something creepy
- Paco's parents are being total degenerates
- Beck talks about her poetry
Finally, you finish your drink whenever someone is murdered. Sound fun?

But once you've boozed your way through the first two seasons, fear not, because it might not be too long until you get to do it all again for the the third instalment.
No start date has been publicly set in stone as of yet, but an insider on the show has confirmed to LADbible that You is scheduled to return to production in autumn.
Filming initially began earlier this year; however 2020 had different plans, as we soon came to realise.

Despite production for the third instalment being put on hold, the show's co-creator Sera Gamble didn't shy away from offering a few hints as to what we can expect from the eagerly-awaited new offering.
She explained that 'there's lots to come' with the new mystery neighbour seen at the end of the second season, for starters. Gamble made the revelation during a virtual chat with Badgley.
You season one and two are available to watch on Netflix now.
