Ice Poseidon could be facing a hefty sentence for his actions in Thailand

A YouTuber could be facing up to five years in the slammer after he gave a racy lap dance to his girlfriend in a Bangkok restaurant.

Streamer Ice Poseidon, real name Paul Denino, is no stranger to legal troubles as he has previously provoked the action of law enforcement.

Denino is known for live-streaming virtually everything he does, prompting his fans to call in bomb threats and active shooter reports to wherever he goes.

On 28 June, he surprised his girlfriend Kimberlee while they ate in a restaurant in Thailand's capital.

Coming out in a sheer bodystocking, he received a telling off from the manager who told the YouTuber and his entourage that they 'can't do this in Thailand'.

Furious, the manager demanded that she get a hold of each of their passports. It later emerged that she'd also called the police, leading to Denino and his group being arrested.

The streamer later wrote on social media: "Mugshot with pressured admission of guilt and apology.

"Guilty of what? No idea. No one telling me what the law was I broke."

Because his lap dance was streamed live, Denino revealed he was charged with 'distribution of obscene content'.

He added that Kimberlee had also come under fire as police claimed that her dress was 'showing too much breast' and it was 'too sexual for public'.

According to Denino, he was thrown into a filthy cell and given a bucket to poop in during his arrest.

Taking to Twitter after the incident, he issued an apology, saying: "I did not know the severity of the actions that I have caused, and I was just trying to have fun. I’m sorry.

"We were drunk, we were in a room. I just didn’t understand the severity of what I’ve done."

The streamer says has been feeling 'mentally tortured' as a result of his legal trouble.

Over on Discord, Denino claimed that he had to post bail for his entire group which amounted to $12,000 (£9,400) in total.

In addition to that, he said he may be required to stay put in Thailand until his trial next year.

The streamer said: "We all face heavy charges with a lot of jail time.

"If I get 5 years I’m just going to kill myself. I will not be able to survive Thai jail."

Denino has since told his fans that he feels incapable of doing any livestreams, admitting: "I'm in mental torment. I cannot be myself."
