Usain Bolt has welcomed his first child with long-time girlfriend Kasi Bennett, the Jamaican prime minister has confirmed.
In a tweet, Andrew Holness congratulated the record-breaking sprinter and Kasi on the arrival of their daughter.
The couple haven't revealed the name of the baby or spoken publicly since the birth as of yet.

It comes after the eight-time Olympic gold medallist confirmed that he and his girlfriend of five years were expecting a baby girl together back in March.
Despite achieving so much in athletics prior to his retirement in 2017, the 33-year-old has previously said that he would advise his child to avoid pursuing a career in sport.

Speaking to The Times, he said: "I'm going to say no, initially. If they do, I will support it. But I think the pressure is going to be too much - especially at the level I left it. It's going to be tough to follow."
He's not wrong there - though he said he'll wait until his daughter's a bit older before he tries to explain why exactly her dad is such a living legend.
He said: "You have to wait until they get to a certain age to explain to them that people are going to expect a lot from you, because of what I've done in the past.
"I'll wait until the time is right to explain."
But while running 100 metres in under 10 seconds might be a breeze for Bolt, he admitted he was a little nervous about his first experience of parenthood.

He said: "I'm excited and nervous. I'm really good with kids but to actually have a kid 24/7 is slightly scary.
"Other parents say, 'You'll be fine... you'll lose a lot of sleep but you'll be fine'. I'm kind of relaxed - I'm excited to see what happens."
