An old sketch starring Chris O'Dowd has recently gone viral and it seems a lot of people around the world actually believe a topless trampolining coach is a real job.
Back in 2012, the IT Crowd legend starred in a spoof sketch where he appears as 'Lars Larson', the 'topless trampolining coach', helping the girls out with health and safety.

Explaining the job, which is apparently 'the best in the world', Lars says: "It's my job to make sure that they're okay."
Most of us in the UK know O'Dowd but it looks as if the 6.2 million viewers on YouTube elsewhere in the world had fallen for the skit, right up until the end, when the actor reveals himself to be bringing awareness to the Coppafeel charity, which campaigns for the fight against male breast cancer.
"Men can get breast cancer, too," he says at the end of the video. "But there is good news because early detection can save lives."
He's right. Breast cancer is usually only associated with women and, although much less common in men, still affects about 350 - 400 men in the UK per year.

Breast cancer develops in the small breast tissue behind a man's nipples. The main symptom is the hard, painless lump in one of the breasts.

The NHS website says: "The vast majority of breast lumps are caused by a condition called gynaecomastia. This is a common non-cancerous condition where male breast tissue becomes enlarged."

The cause of breast cancer in men is still unclear, but it normally affects men over the age of 60, those who have a family history of the disease (male and female), and people with a body mass index (BMI) of 30 or more.
You can find out more about male breast cancer on the NHS website.
