The Internet Reacts To Urban Outfitters Releasing A Top That Isn't Even A Top

Urban Outfitters has come under some pretty funny scrutiny for one of its new releases.

The company isn't exactly known for towing the line when it comes to clothes.

Back in 2014, it tried to sell a simulated blood-splattered college sweatshirt only for it to understandably back fire.

Now, here in 2017, it's back and as controversial as ever with a piece of clothing that will guarantee a few laughs out of anyone you show.

We say 'clothing' but it's really not clothing at all.

Look at that. Looks like the design of someone who was booty-called halfway through the blueprint.

It's what Urban Outfitters is calling the Extreme Crop Tank Top Shrug.

The description's pretty creepy: "The ultra-sexy way to layer with this teeny cropped tank top by Out From Under. Cropped above chest for the coolest layered look featuring a crop neck and thin shoulder straps."

Now, of course, the Internet had to chime in on this newly-removed item of clothing from UO.

What did they think would come from this? Still, if it was all a publicity stunt, we can only applaud them.
