By now you'll have heard of Sausage Party and if you haven't then follow this link, watch the trailer, and get yourself up to speed.
The movie is the brain child of Seth Rogen, Evan Goldberg, Kyle Hunter and Ariel Shaffir.
It follows the story of supermarket grocery items that dream of being 'chosen' by customers to be taken home. However, they soon learn the grim truth about what happens to food when they're bought by humans.
It may be animated but this is absolutely 100% a film made for the amusement of adults. There is absolutely no holding back on the sex jokes and the innuendo goes through the roof.
So much so, Seth Rogen was on the Howard Stern show the other day talking about the movie and how when they submitted it to the Motion Picture Association of America to give it an age-rating, they had to do some seriously stupid shit to satisfy them...
They shaved a pita bread's scrotum in an orgy scene involving various every-day grocery items. Just let that sink in.
I can't wait for this film to be released.
