Man who gave date concussion with one of world's largest penises admits struggles

Man who gave date concussion with one of world's largest penises admits struggles

Matt Barr is in the top percent of the global population when it comes to penis size

Most lads will find it hard to have sympathy for a guy whose penis is 'too big'.

However, a man with one of the largest penises in the world insists it's not a 'gift'.

The size of Matt Barr's willy reportedly makes him in the top 0.01 percent of the global population when it comes to penis length.

How those statistics are collected is another question for another day.

But for context, the average size of an erect d**k is 5.2 inches with a circumference of 4.6 inches.

Matt's penis is 11 inches without an erection and 12 inches with one. His circumference is over 7.75 inches at the thickest point.

"It’s a thing that people don’t see as a problem at all. It’s either a joke on a mainstream show, or it’s promoted in pornography. That doesn’t highlight the real concerns with it," the Cambridge educated 40-year-old told Metro.

"I started being happy with that attention but that changed over time… Things are a lot trickier.

"It’s a genuine problem but when you highlight it people say 'you have a good deal'.

"Not every moment of my life is impacted by this but it is affected in certain ways - sometimes very severely.

"Having to spend more on condoms and underwear isn’t the end of the world but it all adds up."

Matt has considered penis reduction surgery, which is actually a real thing, but has ultimately decided against it.

"Firstly, price is a major thing - it costs £15,000," he explained.

"It’s not a surgery that’s done very much," Matt added. "It’s super rare actually. It can lead to poor erectile health afterwards, it’s visually unappealing because of the way they cut away at it - you’re left with stitches and scars - and it’s a very severe choice."

Matt appeared on Channel 4's documentary My Massive C**k in 2022.

For those thinking 'how bad could it really be?', Matt's penis once gave a date a concussion.

"We both laugh about it now, but I took it out at one point with a girl and then ended up giving her a concussion, just by swinging it," he explained.

"At the time it was very horrific."

On his previous relationships, Matt added: "I end up veering between two extremes. There are the girls who fetishise me and treat me poorly in some way or who aren’t into [my size] at all."

Matt, who works in marketing, has opened up on his struggles in his new book A Long Story: Life With One Of The World’s Largest Penises.

He also appeared on Channel 4's documentary My Massive C**k in 2022.
