A widowed grandma who won a £4.5 million mansion for just £25 is selling it three months after getting the keys.
Earlier this year, June Smith, 74, from Essex, entered - and won - the Omaze Million Pound House Draw, bagging herself a six-bedroom, three storey house overlooking the picturesque Fowey Estuary in Cornwall.
June, who has three children and six grandchildren, tragically lost her husband Ron last year after he suffered a heart attack aged 74.

However, the fancy new gaff and a whopping £100,000 she won earlier this year brightened her mood.
At the time, June was said to have been undecided with what to do with the house, as local estate agents predicted the property could achieve £5,000 - £7,000 per month from long-term rentals - and up to £14,000 a week from peak season holiday rentals.
But while June initially said she planned to keep the house 'for a while', the grandma has decided to put the house on the market.

The gorgeous waterfront view near the Cornish town of Fowey has recently been spotted on the property website RightMove.
The Daily Mail reports that viewings done by JB Estates are strictly by appointment, with the site's mortgage calculator estimating monthly repayments of £26,467 over 25 years.
The stunning mansion boasts a home office, a main sitting room with floor to ceiling glass, while also encompassing a state of the art kitchen, breakfast room and a stylish dining room downstairs.
And as you'd expect with a multi-million pound mansion, the Cornish home even has a yoga studio.

June is deciding to sell the mansion to help her children and grandchildren 'with the next chapter in their lives'.
"I wanted to enjoy at least one family holiday here before I put it on the market," she told the Mail.
"We all came and stayed together and absolutely love the house and Cornwall - and my six grandchildren have certainly made the most of it.

"I knew winning this house would be life changing for all my family, and that's why I've decided to sell now, as I want to use the money to help all my children and grandchildren with the next chapter in their lives."
Jude is not the only lucky winner to pick up a new pad through Omaze. Last month, a dad won a £3.5 million house and £100,000 in cash from a £35 ticket.
