We all love a good gym transformation story - mainly just to look at the pictures, really. But it's very rare that one of these stories begins with someone purposely piling on weight.
As many of you are probably aware, it's often best to work out with a partner so they can spot you and motivate you. It also helps if you're at the same fitness levels.
A brand new TV show, Fit To Fat To Fit, shows personal trainers helping clients to reach their target goals. However, unlike any normal weight-loss program, the personal trainers pile on masses of weight so that they can lose it with the contestants.

One of the trainers, Adonis Hill, gained a massive five stone in three months so his target weight loss would match his client's.
According to BuzzFeed, he was told by doctors to stop putting on weight because his blood pressure was rising to a dangerously high peak. He also has a problem with horrendously long Instagram captions, but I won't hold that against him.

Although it's mightily impressive how he managed to lose all that weight, as a lover of food and the proud owner of a pot belly, I'm far more interested in how he gained the pounds. What fatty goodness was he munching on?
If the aim of the show was to simply gain five stone, I'm sure many of us could smash that.
