Looks Like Robin Buckley Will Be Back For Stranger Things Season Four

The writers revealed cryptically that their favourite Robin line was also one from season four, which surely only means one thing

Robin Buckley turned out to be one of the standout characters from the third season of Stranger Things, winning viewers over by dishing out the sass to her hopeless (but loveable) colleague Steve.

Well, the show's team of writers have hinted that she's here to stay, saying that the best of her is yet to come - in season four.

The Stranger Things writers were asked on Twitter what their favourite Robin Buckley line was.

You'd think there would be quite a lot to wade through, given that pretty much everything Robin (Maya Hawke) said in the latest series had a sharp kick to it - asking Steve at one point: "How many children are you friends with?"

But it turns out we ain't seen nothin' yet, as her time to truly shine comes with the fourth instalment.

Apparently confirming her appearance next season, the writers said that Robin's best line was 'also a season 4 line so you're going to have to wait to get that answer'.

Oh, and they had a similar response for Nancy, just as an FYI.

Last month, the writers also shared a photo of the season four script, asking fans: "Looking for new members... Are you in?"

But they've been sure not too give too much away, having responded fairly cryptically to many fans' questions.

One person begged them to 'tell us something', to which the cunning team responded: "In season 4 there is this episode where stranger things happen... you know, all that stuff."

FFS.

The teaser trailer for season four dropped back in October, which didn't give much away, but at least gave us the vital clue that 'we're not in Hawkins anymore'. Could that be a possible reference to the fan theory that we could be headed to Russia this time around?

No one knows. But hey, at least Robin will be there serving up some A-grade sauce.

As yet Stranger Things 4 doesn't have a release date - but we'll let you know as soon as we do.
