An informant from Rockstar who accurately leaked the last two GTA 5 Online updates has revealed some exciting news about 'Red Dead Redemption 2' the little snitch.
The trailer was released earlier this year and gave absolutely nothing away. Rumours have been circulating that the new game will be a prequel to the original, but Rockstar is keeping its cards very close to its chest.

The only official statement is from Strauss Zelnick, boss at Take-Two, who said: "I think the times are right for a big, sprawling, optimistic view of America again - and that's not meant to be cute."
And the statement that came with the release of the trailer stated: "'Red Dead Redemption 2' is an epic tale of life in America's unforgiving heartland. The game's vast and atmospheric world will also provide the foundation for a brand new online multiplayer experience."
Now, though, the pretty reliable source has posted online: "It'll be just like Redemption. Single player story, open world, stranger events, gang hideouts and all that shit," before adding, "Three playable characters of John's former gang, and John isn't one." Which, if true, might not be good news to all fans of the original.
According to the Daily Star, the poster then writes that an online mode would be released later on.
So, what do you reckon?
