How Britain's Youngest EuroMillions Winner Splashes Her Cash

She's spoken out to say the win ruined her life.

Remember Jane Park? Britain's youngest ever EuroMillions winner who hit headlines again recently because she said she was going to sue Camelot for 'negligence'?

Jane told the Sunday People that winning £1 million was actually a nightmare and that the win had ruined her life. She believes that lottery bosses should up the age restriction to 18 after she became a winner at just 17.

Now 21, Jane was working as an admin-temp for £8 an hour and living in a council flat with her mum Linda when she won big with her first ever ticket. How are some people so lucky?

Speaking on Loose Women today, she said: "My whole family were like don't be stupid with it. You've read a lot of stories about other lottery winners - I knew I didn't want to be like them." And, to be fair to Jane, she hasn't really gone wild with her cash. I reckon I would have been a lot worse.

Since her win she's treated herself to a £25,000 BMW, a £17,000 VW Beetle and an £18,000 Range Rover, which she had painted purple to represent Hibernian, the football team she supports. She's good reason to back them because she won £12,500 after betting £5000 on them to win a match two years ago.

She's splashed out on a number of exotic holidays, but took the opportunity to add that she would much rather go to "Benidorm, because nobody is looking down at you."

She told the paper why she preferred good old Benny: "You can get as drunk as you want. In the Maldives you can't go and get absolutely hammered."

She now takes 'around four holidays a year'. And she initially took a two-month holiday in Magaluf, which sounds fucking awful, to be honest. Can you imagine two whole months in Magaluf? Sixty long days of drinking watered down shots and seeing British tourists make twats of themselves.

By the looks of her social media account she spends a fair whack on booze and going out, too, which seems like the best way to fritter away your cash, if you ask me.

Opening up about her win, she told the Sunday People: "I thought it would make my life 10 times better but it's made it 10 times worse. I wish I had no money most days.

"I say to myself, 'My life would be so much easier if I hadn't won'."

After her win she bought herself a three-bedroom house, but has since decided she prefers living with her mum in a small flat, because it was stressful living on her own.

She also spent £4,500 on a boob job and has had Botox and lip fillers. And has bought herself a £7,000 Rolex and several pairs of Louboutin shoes, which retail for around £455 each.

As well as a Chihuahua, but she had to give that away because it didn't like her car, apparently.

In response to her claims about 'neglect' from Camelot, the company said that she was given an independent financial and legal panel and was also put into touch with someone else who won the jackpot at her age.

She appeared on Loose Women earlier today and admitted that she no longer planned to sue Camelot and that the win didn't make her 'completely unhappy'.

Explaining to the host why she had sought legal advice, she said: "I said that me phoning up the lottery and saying I think 16 is too young, I think you should up your age to 18 - they were never going to be like 'ok Jane, that's great advice, we'll up our age'.

"So what I had done was, I'd only spoken to a lawyer and wanted to seek legal advice just to get my point out there.

"But because it's went so far out there I'm not even going to have to go any further because I feel like I'm being listened to now and I feel like people are actually listening to the difficulties."

My biggest decision tonight if whether I'm purchasing Douwe Egberts or Carte Noire from the supermarket. Baller.
