Law Student Travels Round The World Being Photoed With Animals

Law Student Travels Round The World Being Photoed With Animals

What a life.

Wouldn't it be nice to travel across the world meeting all sorts of animals?

For many of us it might be a dream, but for 22-year-old law student Sarah Kohan it is a reality.

Between completing exchange courses at Harvard University and Columbia University, the Sydney-born woman has spent the past few years travelling to some of the globe's most exotic locations, including the Cook Islands, Bora Bora, Hawaii, The Bahamas, Europe and South America.

She has documented her documented her adventures through her Instagram, which has over 250k followers.

The student, who will graduate from Notre Dame in June before hopefully interning with the International Criminal Court in the Netherlands.

Speaking about her love of animals, she told the Daily Mail: "'When I'm underwater and swimming with a whale, it seems like nothing else matters - seeing an animal in their element and being able to interact with them without feeling scared or them feeling vulnerable - that's nice to see.

"They're beautiful creatures and so unique. People always need to be respectful of their surroundings and appreciate that they are just a beautiful animal."

She began documenting her travels on Instagram and her rising popularity soon helped her forge relationships with hotels and swimsuit brands, allowing her to pay for her travel.

While attending school Sarah works as a nanny.

As much as she loves animals the 22-year-old, she probably doesn't love them as much the guy who dressed up in a monkey suit and ran around Tokyo Zoo.

However, the weirdest part had to be when they shot him with a tranquillizer dart.

No, it wasn't just a random guy trying to get the latest kooky YouTube content, it was actually for a very serious and not at all ridiculous reason.

Basically, the Tama Zoological Park in the city of Hino in Tokyo decided to hold a training exercise. Over 100 people were involved and clearly this bloke picked the short straw.

In the simulation, the chimpanzee had escaped after an earthquake. They follow him around for a bit, he does an Oscar-worthy impression of a chimp, it's all fun and games.

Then BAM.

OUTTA NOWHERE.

Down like a sack of shit.

To be fair, who doesn't love a trip to the zoo? But, be honest, do you bother to read the information cards outside the enclosures?

It might be worth doing so in future as you never know what you might learn. Practical joker Jeff Wyaski has been leaving his own fun animal 'facts' around LA zoo.

With absolutely truthful, believable and incredible statements such as: "All barn owls think that one line in the Friends theme song is, 'Owl be there for you'. Don't tell them the truth. It would devastate them," they're worth a gander.

Oh Phillip, how could you?
