They'll even be available to eat with your pre-flight breakfast pints.

Big news guys, a UK airport has opened up the first in-terminal doner kebab shop.

Newcastle Airport - which has flights to Ibiza, Amsterdam and Paris - has unveiled 'Pita and Brew' in its departures lounge.

It is open to passengers at any time of day, meaning travellers will be able to scoff them down alongside their pre-flight breakfast pints.

A little pricier than your standard kebab shop, a doner sets travellers back £6.95, so I'm hoping that's inclusive of chilli sauce and garlic mayo.

Dean Ward, commercial manager at Newcastle Airport, told the Daily Star: "There has been huge growth in our catering concepts at the airport.

"This is a grab and go concept and offers something a little bit different and it comes as a result of feedback we have had from customers. They want more healthier options.

"We also believe the fact you can have your order boxed to take on the plane with you will prove very popular.

"If you have time, of course, you can also enjoy it in Pita and Brew itself."

I'm going to be honest LADs, writing this has made me really hungry. As much as I know it'll be bad for my stomach tomorrow, it's looking increasingly likely that, after I sink a few pints tonight, I'll be waking up next to a half-eaten doner in the morning.
