It's good news for lovers of junk food as I present to you, the hamdog - a weird hot dog/hamburger hybrid.
Creator of the dubious looking treat, Mark Murray, originally appeared on the Aussie Dragons' Den-type show Shark Tank, where the judges turned him down for investment. Despite this setback, Mark soldiered on and one year on he's selling his patented hamdogs at fairs across Western Australia. Fair play to him.

The hamdog needs a specially created bun to accommodate its odd shape. Inside the bun you'll find a vegetarian's nightmare hamburger cut in half with a hot dog placed in between lettuce, tomato, pickles and cheese as well as mustard, mayonnaise and ketchup. Mark described it as a 'party in your mouth' and that's nothing compared to what it undoubtedly does to your colon.
If you're in the market for a new business then you can buy yourself a hamdog franchise for 10,000 Australian dollars, about £5,800, and it looks to be a solid investment. Mark told News.co.au that at his busiest point he and his crew were knocking one of these bad boys out every 15 seconds.
Would you eat one of these, lads?
