We've all been following the bromance for Barack Obama and Joe Biden for years - those two are best buds and the partnership is going to come to an end when they both leave office, shy of them having their own television programme, or living together, or something.
Only a few days ago, President Obama surprised his deputy with a Medal of Freedom and poor old Joe started crying.

And then the memes began.
But wouldn't it be great if Obama had another surprise up his sleeve? Like a surprise resignation? Obama's legacy is already fixed and the Obamas had their big farewell party... so why not?

That would mean that Joe Biden could be President of the United States- if only for a few days.
One Redditor thought it would be the ultimate revenge on Donald Trump who is going to be sworn in as the 45th president on the 20th and also an award for all of Joe's hard work over the last eight years.
But what could he do in the few short days before The Donald gets the job?
Andrado on Reddit suggested he could start an Ice Cream Hall of Fame - after all, Joe LOVES ice cream.
