Donald Trump has said that being president is 'a bigger job' than he thought and he hasn't even started yet, so good luck, America.
Newt Gingrich, former speaker of the house and a leading Republican, told USA Today that, during a meeting last week, Trump seemed to have grasped the gravity of what had happened.

Gingrich said: "He [Trump] commented, 'This is really a bigger job than I thought'. Which is good. He should think that." Should he think that? Really?
Should he maybe not have thought that being the most powerful man in the world was actually a pretty big deal before he even ran for president?
And Gingrich isn't the first to point out that Trump didn't really know what he was getting himself in to. After meeting with President Obama at the Oval Office, White House sources told The Wall Street Journal that Trump 'seemed surprised by the scope' of the job.

It was also reported that Trump didn't know that he would have to replace all presidential staff when he took to office.
It's a little bit like when you lie on you C.V. and then you're thrown in at the deep end and you've got no clue what you're doing. Not that I've ever done that, boss, if you're reading this.
