I have a gut feeling that lots of these stories are going to appear like wild Pokemon in the long grass over the coming weeks. Just the other day it was reported that players were turning up in a police station to catch Pokemon and the police moved them elsewhere. Understandably.
Last night though, playing Pokemon Go took a darker turn as one Wyoming teenager stumbled upon a dead body while playing the augmented reality game.
Shayla Wiggins, 19, reportedly found the body floating in a river in the town of Riverton, which funnily enough sounds like a Pokemon city.

Local news source KTVQ reports that Wiggins found a body floating in the Wind River on Friday morning (July 8) at around 8.40 am (local time).
"The Pokémon are all over Riverton. I was trying to get a Pokemon from a natural water resource," Wiggins told reporters. "I was walking towards the bridge along the shore when I saw something in the water. I had to take a second look and I realised it was a body."

"It was pretty shocking," Wiggins added. "I didn't really know what to do at first. But I called 911 right away and they came really quickly."
Authorities are now investigating the matter because, well, bodies generally don't end up in rivers by accident.
