An official Russian TV channel has issued a warning to the country that nuclear war could be imminent.
The TV service, ran by the country's Ministry of Defence, called Zvezda, said that Russia could soon be at war with the west, after, "Schizophrenics from America are sharpening nuclear weapons for Moscow."

On Friday, officials revealed that underground nuclear shelters had been built which will be able to hold up to 12 million people, which is enough for the entire population of Moscow.
Yesterday, Vladimir Putin, the Russian president, proposed a law suspending a Moscow-Washington agreement to dispose of weapons-grade plutonium, according to Metro, and now the U.S has suspended negotiations with the country, following allegations that Russia is bombing rebels and civilians in Syria.

"United States and Russia still deploy more than 1,500 strategic warheads on several hundred bombers and missiles - far more than necessary to deter nuclear attack - and they are modernising their nuclear delivery systems," says the The Arms Control Association.
Russia harnesses the power to unleash global-scale nuclear attacks, and are ready to do so, according to Metro.
