On screen, Alan Rickman was best known for his roles in the Harry Potter franchise, Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves, and Die Hard. Off-screen, he was known as a proper gentleman who made people proud to be British. However, what maybe didn't come across as often was his wicked sense of humour.
Maybe it's because he often played the bad guys. Hans Gruber, the Sheriff of Nottingham and, of course, Severus Snape. Well, I guess Snape wasn't technically a bad guy but for argument's sake let's pretend he was.
Did you ever watch all of the Snape scenes together in chronological order? I personally believe that his character's development is the best thing about the Harry Potter books. You hate him until to see things from his point of view, and then you begin to understand. Which is kind of like a life lesson, judging people from the offset is a mistake. Be kind, always.

Anyway, this clip shows Rickman and Michael Gambon pranking Daniel Radcliffe during the Harry Potter filming. It's heart-warming to see Rickman pissing himself as fart noises erupt from Radcliffe's sleeping bag. There's a sentence I never thought I'd write.

However, there's more. In Rickman's final ever interview, he starred on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. He'd found out that Fallon had impersonated him in a 'Rickman-off' with Benedict Cumberbatch and was jokingly 'pissed off'.

So Rickman decided to bring his own form of revenge with him - two balloons full of helium. Yeah, I don't know either but he's a legend so let him do what he wants.
