I’m Lovin’ It – McDonald’s Has Released A Giant McFlurry

I’m Lovin’ It – McDonald’s Has Released A Giant McFlurry

All our dreams have come true.

I knew 2017 was going to be better than last year and McDonald's has ushered in the New Year with a genius creation - a giant McFlurry.

That's right - it's a GIANT MCFLURRY! I didn't even know I wanted one, but I do. It's like McDonald's really cares, you know? About us as people.

Because, really, one McFlurry is never enough - they're very moreish. The McFlurry Party is supposed to be two to four people, or one very hungry/hungover person. Or perhaps McDonald's has decided to move into the takeout ice cream market. Either way, its on to a winner.

The McFlurry Party started in France and soon proved so popular that Spain got in on the action - so it's only a matter of time before it comes to the UK (we hope). If they don't, well the next holiday destination has been chosen.

It always seems that McDonald's brings out fun new things anywhere other than the UK.

In Japan, McDonald's has a Teriyaki Burger, and in Korea they do a shrimp burger. I didn't even know there was such a thing as a shrimp burger. That's practically haute cuisine.

And the McFlurry flavours are fantastic overseas - Oreo and Speculoos. Smarties is okay, I guess, but an Oreo-flavoured McFlurry Party would be banging.

Things I'd Like To See At McDonald's

McDonald's should deliver in the UK - it does in other countries and its missing a trick by making us all shleck into town to get a burger. If you could order McDonald's, you'd get the hungover people who can't make it out the door, and people at work who can't leave their desks.

You'd also have a separate queue for children, another one for people who are drunk and a Fast Track for those who don't need to look at the menu. They have different queues at the supermarket so why not McDonald's?

All-day breakfast. It's unfair to only serve Egg McMuffins until 10.30am - everyone loves an Egg McMuffin. Breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack - why stop at half ten when you could go all day on Egg McMuffins? And hash browns...
