'Best Boss In The World' Takes All Members Of Staff On Five Star Holiday

Have a quick think, what has your boss done for you lately?

Is the answer 'fuck all?', or did they maybe hold a door open for you the other day, completely forgetting your name in the process? If either of these answers, among many others, are true, then you need to either leave your job, or show your boss this.

Evolve Mixed Martial Arts founder and chairman Chatri Sityodtong has pretty much landed the title of Best Boss, and fully deserves the generic mug that has that slogan written on it, which everyone gets their superior if they're unlucky enough to get them in secret Santa.

Chatri forked out a huge £392,000 to fly his employees off to the Maldives, where they could enjoy an all-inclusive stay on a five-star resort.

And you know what he did it for? He did it to say thanks. Yep, no end of year email circling around the office, no corny Christmas party speech while stood on top of a desk with a Baileys. An all expenses paid trip to the Maldives.

He makes a habit of these trips, having previously sent his employees to Bali, Krabi, Khao Lak and Bintan in Indonesia.

"These rewards are a small token of my heartfelt gratitude to all of the phenomenal rockstars at Evolve MMA," he said. "Every year, I take the entire team on an all-expenses-paid trip to a five-star luxury resort at a surprise destination.

"Many of my staff would love to travel the world, but do not have the means to do so.

"The vast majority of my team at Evolve come from humble backgrounds of poverty, tragedy, or adversity. For them, Evolve is the greatest opportunity to escape poverty and to achieve the life of their dreams."

Well bloody hell. He doesn't half deserve the plaudits he's being given.

Chances are that job applications are going to come flying in from hopefuls who want to get a slice of that pie. However, if you do choose to do that you're going to have to be the cream of the crop, as Chatri only hires 'the best people in the world'.
