Man Sits Next To Stranger On Plane Only To Find That He Looks Identical

It's extremely rare for anyone to bump into their doppelganger, the probability of it happening is astronomical, but when it does it's got to be the most surreal thing ever.

Despite the odds, these two strangers found themselves sitting next to each other on a flight and they were practically a mirror image.

The picture was posted by a friend of one of the doppelganger's wives and she later tweeted saying how she couldn't stop looking at it.

The snap shows the two lads with the exact same ginger-tinted beard, same hair and same facial expression as they obviously laugh at the hilarity of the situation.

Followers of Lee Beattie, who posted the photo online, completely agree and there may even be a case for a DNA test.

If this happened to me, I think I would spend the next month questioning my place in the universe and how the world works.

It feels like something out of Back To The Future, if you ask me.
