Fair play to him, it's a great idea. If it's real. It probably isn't.

Who out there hasn't fantasised about nodding off in class? Nobody, that's who. So, shout out to this shrewd young feller who had a massive fucking canvas portrait of himself made so he could realise that very dream. Fair play. When angled just right the printout makes it look like he's awake, so he can rest his head and get all the well-deserved sleep he needs.

Sounds great, right?

Unfortunate.

But not all online posters are buying it, with some claiming the video is faker than anything even Jack Jones himself could muster up.

One user questioned: "Why are a bunch of 30 year olds in high school?"

Whilst another said: "Pretty sure it looks so good because it is using compositing. The photo was never printed. It's a still from when the camera was still on the tripod and he was 'attentive'."

Some were less scrupulous but offered the lad in the clip some sound advice.

"Rookie error. That pose is way too interested in the topic, he is begging to be included in the lecture material," reads one comment.

And one guy said the other students should have snitched on the chap: "One of my professors takes away tons of points if someone next to you is sleeping, and gives you extra credit if you rat them out. Same goes for being on your phone in class."

Either way - staged or fake (it is definitely fake. It was done by YouTube personality (Zach King) - the video's pretty funny. Fair play to the lad for having the nous to think it up.
