Having a phobia is no laughing matter and coming face to face with whatever it is you're scared of is fucking horrible. Some phobias you can happily stay away from most of the time. Don't like sharks? OK, just don't go near them, then. Don't like heights? That's easy to avoid - just don't climb very high things.
Having a fear of insects must be a lot harder to avoid though, especially the flying ones. You can just be minding your own business when one of those buzzy little bastards can come at you. It must be shit.
US Olympic gold medallist Simone Biles appears to be one of those unfortunate people, because when a fellow athlete points out a bee in her bouquet she totally freaked out before lashing it away in panic.
The footage, which is from 2014, has gained popularity recently as Simone won her fourth gold at the Rio Olympics yesterday.
Simone pulled off some pretty cool moves as she tried to shake the bee away. It was easy to see how she managed to win an Olympic gold, to be honest.
I've seen Bee Movie, so I know bees are helpful little creatures, but obviously Simone hasn't seen it yet. Probably too busy training.
