A thief decided that rather than pay for a tattoo, he'd do a runner instead.
The ink-credibly cheeky bloke obviously didn't think this through, as he's literally now a marked man.

Tattoo artist Gary Norman had barely completed the angel tattoo on the 'customer' when he got up and ran away.
He owed Gary the fairly reasonable amount of £60.
Luckily, he was caught on CCTV footage and Gary was able to give a very good description of the bloke, seeming as they'd just spent an extended period of time together.
The incident took place at 'Gary's Tattooing and Piercing' in Hull, East Yorkshire on 2.30pm on Friday, July 22.

Humberside Police wrote on their Facebook page, stating: "[The suspect] and the tattooist agreed a fee of £60, but when the work was complete the suspect ran out of the shop towards the city centre.
"He spoke with an Eastern European accent and had tattoos on his lower legs."
If you know him, call 101 and quote crime reference number 2205265.
