Who knew that all those months you've spent binge-watching all your favourite shows may actually have contributed to some valuable career skills?
This could be the case if you land a new role with NOW TV. The company is offering someone £35,000 to take a year out and binge-watch shows, including Game of Thrones, as part of a 'box Set Sabbatical'.
That's right, you can get paid to watch GOT from beginning to end.
The opportunity comes after the company did a survey and found that nearly a quarter of Brits felt left out socially when friends, family or colleagues are talking about a show they haven't seen.
The study also showed that a fifth of Brits have done a classic all-nighter to catch up on their favourite TV box set - or crammed in an episode over lunch or even bunked off work to watch TV.
Emma Quartly, Marketing Director at NOW TV explained why NOW TV has launched its Box Set Sabbatical: "Our research found one in seven Brits spend their holiday catching up on telly and 40 percent say TV helps them escape and relax, so in the depths of winter, we wanted to take duvet days to another level with the first ever TV streaming sabbatical."
The lucky winner won't just get the job, but they'll get a year's salary (£35K) a NOW TV smart stick and 12 months of NOW TV passes.
However, it's not as simple as sending in your CV - to enter you must post a video or image showing why you deserve to win.
Entries should be submitted via Facebook, Instagram or Twitter, using the hashtag #BoxSetSabbatical and tagging @NOWTV.
Then a panel of judges, including the self-confessed box set buff and comedian, Joel Dommett, will review the entries and select a winner that they think best demonstrates TV watching passion, creativity and experience.
Speaking about the competition, Joel Dommett said: "For anyone who loves telly, this really is the most unbelievable gig. Sitting with my feet up watching my favourite shows and getting paid for the privilege is something I quite literally dream about."
