I've never seen the original The Blair Witch Project, I was only eight when it came out in 1999 and to be honest it was one of those films that made you piss your pants by reputation alone.
I think my main problem with horror films is that I never got desensitised to them at an early age, so now even the weakest films shit me up.
So I definitely aren't planning on going to watch the new Blair Witch film which was a surprise announcement at a Comic-Con screening on Friday
If you've got more stomach for horror flicks than me then you can watch the trailer here...
Scary, huh?
The film, which is out 18 September, follows 2000's Book of Shadows: Blair Witch 2, the first Blair Witch sequel which critics didn't rate.

The film will star James Allen McCune as the brother of Heather from the original movie.
An official synopsis for the movie reads: "A group of college students venture into the Black Hills Forest in Maryland to uncover the mysteries surrounding the disappearance of James' sister who many believe is connected to the legend of the Blair Witch.
At first the group is hopeful, especially when a pair of locals offer to act as guides through the dark and winding woods, but as the endless night wears on, the group is visited by a menacing presence. Slowly, they begin to realise the legend is all too real and more sinister than they could have imagined."
Sounds bloody scary that does.
