Sort of like the recovery position only with a big tub of ice cream and a blanket to keep the patient warm, there's little more anyone can do I'm afraid. After that, you'll just have to wait it out. What ever you do, make sure the Internet connection is strong.

Fortunately, it turns out that I'm not just a lazy fucker who's going no where in life but the next season of American Horror Story. That's because Netflix has released the results of a scientific study that shows the specific episodes when you, among many others, officially become addicted and hooked to the telly, laptop or tablet device.

It has been analysing its subscriber data to find out the exact episode that sucks you into investing into the series and beyond. Here's what the online streaming service has found.

But first, this is how one guy described the birthplace of binge-watching. It might put things into perspective.
