Good news for all you fans of Making A Murderer - season two is coming this year.
Cindy Holland, Netflix's VP of original content, spoke to USA Today about the upcoming episodes: "The story is still ongoing, so you will see new episodes coming sometime this year as this story continues to unfold.
"We don't know when for sure new episodes will be coming."

She continued: "[Filmmakers] Laura and Moira are (in Manitowoc) shooting regularly and working on what the right story is to tell in the next set, so we're deferring to them on when it will be ready,
"Very few people inside of Netflix actually know the details of what we're getting because we're wanting to keep it really under wraps and it is an ongoing case so we're trying to be sensitive to that."
As a quick refresh, the documentary follows the story of Steven Avery. A man who made headlines a while back after he was wrongly convicted of a rape and spent 18 years behind bars for a crime he didn't commit. He was found innocent after new DNA evidence cleared his name. He decided to sue the state. Not for the money, but to ensure that others wouldn't have to go through the same thing that he did.

However, part way through the suing process - a young photographer by the name of Teresa Halbach - went missing. She was last seen on his property and evidence pointed towards the fact that he was behind her disappearance. Her bones were then found in the burn pit behind his house.
As if things couldn't look any worse, his nephew - Brendan Dassey - then confesses to the police. He tells them that he and his uncle raped Teresa, stabbed her, cut her throat, and burnt her in the burn pit.
However, the documentary explores the idea that the then 16-year-old Brendan was coerced into a false statement. To be fair to the bloke, he's certainly 'below average intelligence'. If anyone's going to be convinced to say something they shouldn't - it's probably him.
No traces of his DNA were ever found in any of the areas he claimed the brutal rape and murder took place; it seemed as though the only thing linked him to the attack was his confession.

Steven's defence claims that evidence was planted.
However, both men were found guilty.
Back in August, Brendan Dassey's conviction was overturned...
However his release was blocked by the appeals court.

On the bright side, it looks like they've got plenty of content for the new series.
