Anyone who has ever seen a John Wick film knows this - the guy likes to kill people. For sure, the guy has bumped off an awful lot of people across the duration of the franchise.
However, exactly how many might shock you. It turns out that Wick has actually killed more people than famous horror movie villains Jason Voorhies and Michael Myers combined.
When Wick first hit our screens in 2014, no-one could have known that it would go on to become one of the hottest action properties going.
Thanks to some amazing set piece choreography, a compelling narrative world, and - of course - Keanu Bloody Reeves, Wick has become a box-office smash.
John Wick: Chapter 3 - Parabellum came out just last week and has continued the trend of increasing the first weekend take film by film. Chapter 4 is likely to emerge at some point in 2021, so there are no signs of slowing down.
One of the major draws to the John Wick fire is that people just love seeing Keanu mercilessly destroy hordes upon hordes of enemies without a care in the world.
Everyone likes a brutal action film, don't they? It looks like it.
Well, Wick hasn't been hanging around. He's already raced past some of the most notorious and iconic killers in silver screen history.
So, in total, John Wick has bumped off 306 people. 84 in his first outing - just getting started - then 128 in the second instalment.
In the latest flick he gets rid of 94 people.
That means that he has left Jason Voorhies and Michael Myers' combined kill count of 297 trailing behind in his wake.
What makes this even more impressive is that those two characters got to that amalgamated total over the course of 23 movies. Not bad going from our John, right there.
Wick has only had three outings.
In many ways, all three of these characters are quite similar. They're all relentless and single minded killing machines. They all operate - pretty much exclusively - in the dark.
Continuing at the rate that he is going (that's a healthy average of 102 people per film) it won't be long before he surpasses the 400 mark. That's not a bad effort considering that he keeps going on about just wanting a quiet and peaceful life.
That being said, perhaps the quickest way for John Wick to get to a quiet place is to just kill absolutely everyone else.
