Controversial former N.W.A manager Jerry Heller passed away yesterday at the age of 75.
He was midway through a legal battle seeking $110 million in compensation because he didn't like how he was portrayed in Straight Outta Compton.
Don't worry, he wasn't trying to bankrupt Paul Giamatti, who played the role so damn well, but the film's producers and writers.
How things went down towards the end of N.W.A still remains shady but with Dr. Dre and Ice Cube both accusing Heller of stealing money and withholding cheques for certain members of the group, fans have forever condemned Heller's involvement in the group's demise.

However, according to Heller and his attorney representing him, the veteran music manager was not portrayed correctly and factually in the film, hence the lawsuit.
And now, Heller's attorney Mickey Shapiro has made the bold claim that if Straight Outta Compton had never been made, Heller would still be alive.
Talking to TMZ, he said: "Jerry Heller would be alive today if not for that movie."
Apparently Heller was put under a 'tremendous amount of stress' and the film left him 'heart broken' due to the portrayal of himself.
Heller died following a car accident where it is thought he suffered a heart attack.
