Dark Destroyer Gets Told Off By Bradley Walsh For Breaking Rules

Dark Destroyer Gets Told Off By Bradley Walsh For Breaking Rules

Naughty...

I don't know how else to describe The Chase, I feel like every time I write about it I mention how it's the best quiz show on British TV and that it's a staple of student living. We all know that the questions are easy enough for us to feel smug when we get a few right (fuck you, University Challenge) and the people on it are relatable enough for us to want them to do well.

It's just bloody great telly.

One of the best things about it has to be Bradley Walsh. He's a funny little character. His laugh is infectious and his accent makes us feel all warm and fuzzy inside. Wait, is that just me?

In stark contrast to the contestants and our Bradders are the Chasers. They seem to get every single question right with ease (how do they know this stuff?!) and they come off all patronising and hard to love. So when one of them gets a good old telling off, it feels good.

Take The Dark Destroyer. He pressed his button to answer a question before Bradley had finished and that's AGAINST THE RULES.

Bradley quickly snaps at the Chaser, saying: "I could disqualify you. You pressed before I'd asked the question. You know the rules."

Oooooh.

The Dark Destroyer, aka Shaun Wallace, looked pretty sheepish after the telling off.

To be fair, we shouldn't judge him too harshly as the contestant, Danny, had taken a MINUS offer of -£1,000.

No, no, no. We don't like that at all. It's very impolite.

Not as impolite as the time everyone pissed themselves over Fanny Chmelar, like...

But let's not get distracted. Mark Labbett once competed on an old classic Who Wants to be a Millionaire. Not only did Labbett appear on the show in 2006, he did quite well, walking away with £32,000. Not bad.

His black power suit that he's known for wearing on The Chase is absent, and he's far from intimidating. In fact, he's wearing a pair of my nan's running trainers, so if anything he's lovable.

He glides through the opening questions, only having to use his first lifeline at the £2,000 question.

'The Beast' was very apologetic to Chris Tarrant when he fails to answer a question correctly, but he'd already won a minimum of 32 grand, so it didn't really matter.

And there was no one there coughing away to help him - so well done.
