Look no further then because we have a show for you that has it all, and it's just dropped on Netflix in the UK.
Familial drama, rave reviews from critics and fans, and an unreal cast so stacked you’re almost surprised they got them for an Irish show.

The show is Kin and going off fan reactions, it might be the greatest Irish TV show ever.
Whilst I think that is aided by the fact Father Ted technically isn’t Irish as Channel 4 made it, Kin’s hype is nearly unparalleled for an Irish-produced show.

Produced by RTÉ, Kin focuses on a fictional Dublin crime family embroiled in a gang war against an international cartel that massively outgun them.
Starring Daredevil’s Charlie Cox, Game of Thrones' Aiden Gillen, Orphan Black’s Maria Doyle Kennedy, and Academy Award nominee Ciarán Hinds – the cast is stacked.
Add to that, actors such as Clare Dunne, who has been in lesser-known gems such as Herself, and Maria – and there are few shows outside of America who can compete, let alone in just Ireland.
Kin is also one of those rare shows that unite fans and critics alike. On Rotten Tomatoes the critic score is 94%, and the audience score is just 1% less at 93%.

Season one has a whopping perfect score of 100% with critics too, meaning that if you aren’t going to give the first season a try at minimum – what are you doing?
One audience review on Rotten Tomatoes called it ‘fantastic’ saying: “A great cast and script tell a story of infighting amongst Dublins drug gangs, three dimensional characters who are well fleshed out by the incredible cast which at times feels like a Game of Thrones reunion.
“I thoroughly enjoyed the first series and couldn’t wait to watch the second.”
Another said it gave them ‘absolute immersion’, adding: “This show is fantastic. I really enjoy the realism through excellent writing this show presents as a fantastic Irish crime/mob story with likeable characters and exciting content.
“This is a must watch!”

Fans on X are similar enthralled with the show, with @radiojagger simply tweeting “It’s the best tv.”
Straight to the point, and it’s hard to argue.
Whilst it’s well worth going and watching, bad news – the likelihood of a season three is low.
No plans are currently in place for a third season, with star Charlie Cox set to return to the realm of Marvel in a Daredevil revival.

If he ever wants a break from the red cowl, I think we all agree we’d love to see more of him as a member of the Kinsella clan.
