Amanda Holden screams as Britain’s Got Talent act goes wrong mid-performance

Britain's Got Talent judges Alesha Dixon and Amanda Holden were left terrified by the stunt

Amanda Holden screamed 'oh my God' as an act's stunt on Britain’s Got Talent almost went seriously wrong.

Acrobatics group Serbat Troupe left the BGT panel gasping when their routine looked to have ended in absolute chaos.

Watch below:

The contestants, from Kazakhstan, took to the stage to perform in front of judges Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and Bruno Tonioli.

However, their routine didn't exactly go to plan.

During one stunt, they climbed up a tall ladder while one group member dangerously balanced on top of the other.

When another member of the group attempted to climb up, they awkwardly fell down the ladder as the BGT panel gasped at the blunder.

Alesha was stunned, while a worried Amanda screamed.

Presenters Ant and Dec were also taken aback from the sideline.

Bruno said: "Oh my God! Is he alright?" While Amanda insisted to 'end it there'.

Thankfully, the acrobat swiftly got back to his feet and managed to finish the amazing act.

"I've never seen anything like it," he admitted.

Amanda added: "So brilliant. But so intense, so scary. I don't think we've ever seen anything like that."

Simon said: "To do this without a net, how easily this could go wrong and how skilful it was, it was a great audition."

The group managed to get four yeses and were through to the next round.

Viewers at home were also stunned, as one person tweeted: "That guy who fell of the man was brave he got back up and kept going."

Another commented: "Omg my heart was racing like crazy."

While a third said: "Serbat Troupe oh my God this is tense."

Elsewhere on the show, a teacher who uses music to help students with special educational needs got Bruno’s coveted golden buzzer.

Taryn Charles, 39, took to the stage to sing '(You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman' by Aretha Franklin during Saturday’s episode (4 May).

The performance received a standing ovation from the audience and all four judges, as Bruno described her as a 'very special person'.

He said: “You made me forget about her version. You made it so much your own, with so much feeling, and the colour of your voice is unique and you’re a very, very special person my darling.”

While Simon also said: “Boy did you prove that person wrong and that is what that golden buzzer is all about, you are a little star.”
